Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at our school in Nagaon. The Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering age-appropriate lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and fostering an engaging and positive learning environment for young children. Day-to-day tasks also include training and guiding children, tracking their progress, and maintaining open communication with parents. Collaboration with fellow educators and adherence to the institution's educational standards are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning, curriculum development, and structuring educational activities
• Strong background in Education and Training to effectively deliver lessons
• Excellent Communication skills to connect with children, parents, and colleagues
• Proven Teaching experience and ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
• A degree or certification in Education or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with child development principles and modern teaching techniques
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and tracking student progress
