Job Description
Job Title: Early Years Teacher IB Curriculum (EYP)
Job Summary
We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to implement the IB Primary Years Programme (EYP) for young learners. The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and inquiry-based learning environment that supports children's overall development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the IB EYP framework.
- Promote inquiry-based and play-based learning.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess student progress and maintain learning portfolios.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth.
- Collaborate with team members for curriculum planning and school events.
- Participate in IB training and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- IB EYP training (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Early Years/Pre-Primary teaching.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
