Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Srinagar. The teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective instruction, assessing student progress, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include providing individualized support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth, and assisting with extracurricular activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning, Education, and Teaching
• Experience in Communication and effectively conveying information to students and parents
• Proficiency in providing Training and fostering student growth
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including students, parents, and colleagues
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in a JKBOSE or Cambridge curriculum, is highly advantageous
• Commitment to student success, innovation in teaching methods, and a passion for education
