Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academics
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance
- Maintain academic records and progress reports
Student Development
- Support academic, emotional, and social growth of students
- Provide remedial teaching and mentorship
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Use smart-class tools and modern teaching methodologies
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with school leadership and parents
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and school activities
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant subject
- B.Ed / D.El.Ed preferred (as per board norms)
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CBSE / ICSE / State Board schools
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and ERP systems
