TEACHER RECRUITMENTQualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred/required as applicable.
• Strong command of English communication, both written and spoken.
• Good subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
• Candidates with relevant teaching experience in a CBSE school will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons.
• Complete the prescribed syllabus within the academic schedule.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Maintain proper records of students academic performance and progress.
• Regularly check notebooks, classwork, homework, and assignments.
• Conduct class tests, periodic assessments, and examinations as assigned.
• Identify students who need additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.
• Encourage students to participate actively in academic and co-curricular activities.
• Communicate appropriately with parents regarding students academic progress and behaviour.
• Participate in school events, meetings, training programmes, and other assigned duties.
• Follow the school's academic policies, teaching standards, timetable, and administrative procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management to improve students overall development.
• Take responsibility for the overall academic, behavioural, and personal development of students entrusted to the teacher.

Salary Range

• Elementary Teacher - 8,000 - 14,000
• Primary - 10,000 - 15,000
• Secondary - 12,000 - 20,000
