Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher based in Sheikhpura. The Teacher will be responsible for delivering dynamic lessons to students, following FEA's curriculum model. Responsibilities include planning and implementing structured lesson plans, supporting students in their learning journey, mentoring them to develop critical life and professional skills, and fostering an engaging and inclusive classroom environment to promote active participation. Teachers will also monitor student progress, provide feedback, and take part in professional development sessions to continually enhance their teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in Lesson Planning and Teaching
- Background in Education, Training, and classroom management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in mentoring and inspiring students across cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and mission-driven environment
