* Key Responsibilities*

Deliver engaging and student-centered lessons based on the Finnish curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

Continuously learn and adapt to new teaching methods and practices

Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among students

Assess student progress through innovative and holistic evaluation methods

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance learning experiences

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed preferred but not mandatory for freshers)

Strong willingness to learn and adopt new teaching methodologies

Passion for working with children and supporting their development

Good communication and interpersonal skills
