Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons as per the curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and evaluate students performance and progress regularly
• Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools
• Maintain discipline and encourage student participation
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for academic excellence
• Participate in school events, activities, and parent interactions

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject
• B.Ed. (preferred for academic subjects)
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Basic knowledge of computers and digital teaching tools

Preferred Skills

• Creative and innovative teaching approach
• Classroom management skills
• Ability to engage students in co-curricular activities (especially for Theatre, Music, and Art roles)
