Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill), with proven experience implementing large-scale enterprise applications requiring robust backend logic and security.
- Hands-on expertise in React.js (Mandatory skill), capable of delivering high-quality, user-centric web interfaces that enhance digital experiences.
- Strong command over JavaScript (Mandatory skill), demonstrating fluency in building responsive and dynamic front-end modules for optimal engagement.
- Solid foundation in Core Java, adept at leveraging OOP principles, multi-threading, and performance optimization for complex applications.
- The candidate must have strong experience in database management and development.
- Excellent team leadership abilities, demonstrated through successful management, mentoring, and motivation of high-performing engineering teams.
