Job Title: Team Member / SME – Employee Benefit - HRO

Date : June 14th, 2026 (on Sunday)

Timings : 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Venue : TCS, Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, MIDC SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase-III, Maan, Hinjewadi, PUNE

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 1-8 years

Mandatory Documents to carry:

  • Hard Copy of Resume

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Be focused on processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements.

• Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments.

• Maintain track of Payments made and Fallouts.

• Handling Fallouts diligently and taking them to logical closures.

• Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders – Customer, Client, F&A, vendor portal.

• Adhering to company policies and regulations.

• Responding to employee queries with TAT.

• Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.

• Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.

• Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.

• Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.

• Diligently attend to escalation

• Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices

• Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources

• Ensure SLA's & KPI's are consistently met.

  • Communication, Comprehending and articulation skills
  • Managing customer stakeholders directly
  • Experience in designing the processes with tech supports

Work Experience:

1-8 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.

Technical Experience

• Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP
