Role Name: Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Machine Learning and Statistical Models to solve complex business problems and improve decision-making.
2. Analyze, clean, and transform large datasets using Python/R to build scalable data-driven solutions.
3. Design, train, validate, and deploy ML models using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
4. Create impactful dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable data science solutions.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Classification, Regression, and Clustering.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R with hands-on experience in data manipulation, feature engineering, and model development.
• Experience with ML frameworks and tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and MLOps practices.
• Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling using Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
