Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Governance & Performance Management
- Establish and maintain vendor governance frameworks and operating models.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, including QBRs / MBRs.
- Track SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Lead issue escalation, service improvement plans, and corrective actions.
- Contract & Commercial Management
- Support contract creation, negotiation, renewals, and amendments.
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure vendors adhere to agreed terms.
- Work with Procurement and Legal on commercial discussions and risk mitigation.
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities and manage spend transparency.
- Relationship Management
- Act as the primary operational contact for vendor interactions.
- Build strategic relationships with key suppliers to improve collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors.
- Risk, Compliance & Audit
- Ensure vendors meet internal governance, audit, regulatory, and security requirements.
- Monitor vendor risks (financial, operational, cyber, regulatory).
- Maintain vendor risk assessments and due-diligence documentation.
- Support internal and external audits with vendor-related evidence and reports.
- Service Transition & Onboarding
- Support vendor onboarding, including compliance checks, contract setup, and performance frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams on service transition from project to BAU.
- Ensure vendors are fully integrated into organizational processes.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Produce dashboards and reports on vendor performance, risks, spend, and compliance.
- Analyze trends to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Present insights to senior leaders and governance forums.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive process automation and standardization within vendor management.
- Identify ways to enhance service delivery, reduce cost, and improve quality.
- Benchmark against best practices and introduce improvements.
