Responsibilities

• Integrate PagerDuty with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, SevOne, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.
• Optimize alert noise reduction (deduplication, thresholds, suppression).
• Manage incident lifecycle: Detection → Response → Resolution → Postmortem.
• Coordinate incident response with DevOps, SRE, NOC, and application teams.
• Create and maintain runbooks and playbooks for incident handling.
• Conduct post-incident reviews (PIRs) and RCA documentation.
• Implement automation using PagerDuty APIs.
• Monitor SLA/SLI/SLO compliance and performance metrics.
• Ensure high system uptime and reliability.
