Responsibilities

• Experience in decision-making processes during incident response, investigation, recovery, and restoration to normal operations.
• Experience in working in SLA based and 24/7 support model.
• Major incident management in SLA based 24/7 support model.
• Perform PIR for every MI.
• Drive bridge calls with different stakeholders towards MI resolution.
• Drive stand up call with customer based on the status of last MIs.
• Proper handover and take over notes update with the incoming and outgoing shifts.
