- Active Directory support
- Experience in Architecture/Design of Windows Server Infrastructure in 1000+ Server Environment
- Good in Performance tuning, Capacity Management.
- Excellent skills in Scripting, Automation of Installation (imaging).
- Strong skills in Server Hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience in Migration/Upgrade of Window Server infrastructure
- Understanding of Active Directory Services (ADS) DNS & DHCP.
- Good troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Event Logs.
- Experience in Datacenter Operations,
- Experience in Managing security permissions, Backups and restoration.
- Experience in Enterprise SAN environment – EMC DMX, Hitachi File clusters.
- Exposure to TSM, Commvault
- Experience in file and print services management
- Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
- Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
- MCP in Windows Server 2003/2008/2016, Active Directory
