Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM)
• Proven experience in SCCM (Configuration Manager) administration
• Hands-on experience with SCCM to Intune migration / Co-Management
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint management
• Experience with Windows Autopilot
• Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• Experience managing:
• Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• Win32, LOB, Store, and Web applications
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with:
• Device compliance policies
• Configuration profiles
• Security baselines
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience with incident and problem management
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
