Responsibilities
- Act as the technical owner and escalation point to customer for Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management services
- End to End Knowledge on managing and maintaining the Intune Platform for Device Man Microsoft Intune environment at L3 level
- Create and maintain Intune based Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Security Baseline, Conditional/Access Integrations, Application Deployment policies etc.
- Support Windows Autopilot, Vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain secure device configurations aligned with organizational standards
- Drive automation through PowerShell, Graph API, and Endpoint Analytics
- Monitor service health, compliance posture, and endpoint security metric
- Own Level 3 incident resolution and support major incident management
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and service quality improvements
- Define technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for endpoint management.
- Troubleshoot complex device management and policy deployment issues
