Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor EUC engineers, desktop support analysts, and technical specialists.
• Involve in shift management and resource management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance development activities.
• Act as the escalation point for critical EUC incidents.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
• Identify automation opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Good knowledge of ITIL and preferably ITIL certified.
• Ready to work in 24*7 environment.
• 6-8 Years of experience in Remote EUC.
• Knowledge of Nexthink and good knowledge in Intune.
• Aware of vulnerability management.
• Good knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience in Remote EUC.
