Role descriptions

• Knowledge on Intune Reporting and software compliance
• OS creation/deployment on Microsoft Windows 10/11 lifecycle including In Place Upgrade
• Ability to resolve end users issues related to system performance, Software deployment
• Knowledge and experience of Modern Workplace solutions, including windows 11, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Intune
• Knowledge on ITIL Standards in IT Infrastructure Management
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Able to work on VDI creation request
• Knowledge on ITSM tools like Service now
• Strong Knowledge in troubleshooting the issues related to Patch and application Failures
• Knowledge on SCCM and Intune error logs behavior
• Able to find and mitigate the vulnerability in the workstations
• Knowledge on MS Teams, One Drive and O365 functionality
