- Ability to write, debug, and optimize reusable, idempotent playbooks.
- Structuring projects effectively using Ansible Roles, Collections, and variables to scale and maintain code
- Deep understanding of OS administration, including package management, user/service management, and file systems.
- Proficiency in Bash/PowerShell and Python, as Ansible modules and the underlying engine rely heavily on it.
- Managing versions, branches, and code collaboration using Git.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration across Google Cloud

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
- Standardizing infrastructure deployment and ensuring consistency across staging, testing, and production environments
- Administering Ansible orchestration platforms like Ansible Tower or the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) (managing inventories, credentials, and workflow job templates)
- Automating routine system administration activities across Linux, Windows, or Cloud/Virtual machine platforms
