Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)
Step 4: Select BPO in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. would be generated which starts from EP2024XXXX.
Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Core Competencies:
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions within defined guidelines.
- Interpretation Skills: Strong capability to interpret critical information, including legal documents and process requirements.
- Process Orientation: Understanding of process flows and adherence to operational guiderails.
- Comprehension of Legal Terms and Language: Familiarity with property related terminology and documentation (preferred) or willingness to learn about property related processes.
- Business Process Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp end-to-end conveyancing processes and critical business interactions.
- English Proficiency (IELTS Level 6 or Equivalent minimum), including:
- Reading: Able to read and understand general legal processes and conveyancing-related materials with sufficient accuracy to identify obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Writing: Ability to draft clear, well-structured communications such as emails, reports, and documentation in a business context.
- Listening / Speaking: Able to engage in professional discussions with legal professionals, clients, and stakeholders in Australia, demonstrating clarity, appropriate terminology, and confidence in interpreting and explaining key documentation in the conveyancing process.
- Understanding BPO Requirements: Understanding of outsourcing processes and familiarity with core concepts such as SLAs and compliance related KPI metrics.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Ability to coordinate with various internal teams (i.e. Legal, development, sales and conveyancing team members) and serve as a point of contact for Stockland in the conveyancing process.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Competence in analyzing data, generating insights, and preparing accurate reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Intermediate Level): Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- (Intermediate = ability to use functions to summarize data, manage shared documents, and use collaboration tools effectively)
- Technology Adaptability: Ability to learn and work with various platforms and tools such as (PEXA (Property Exchange Australia), Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, CTS (Contract Lifecycle Management).
