Educational Qualification: Any Full-Time graduate degree with Good English Verbal/ Communication standards

Work Experience: 4-7 years experience in P&C Insurance and Hands-On Team handling is mandatory in Claims and Underwriting/Policy Servicing Domain

Job Timings: U.S Shift (Need to be Flexible on Shift Timings)

Job Description:

We are looking to hire Process associate for P&C Insurance Domain (Claims and Underwriting/Policy Servicing). You will be required to handle processes within P&C Insurance Claims and Underwriting/Policy Servicing and are responsible for maintaining high standards of Performance, SLAs & innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle/ Monitor daily Targets within SLO and ensure compliance to timeframe
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-skill work environment
• Ability to process continual workload for extended periods in assigned area
• Ability to provide a consistently high level of quality customer service
• Ensure and maintain effective professional relationships with Client
• Coordinate with team members and ensure achievement of all team objectives and goals
• Analyse all processes and provide effective resolutions for same
• Ability to meet and sustain minimum performance, attendance, and behavioral standards
• Problem Solving Skills - Positive attitude.

Documents need to carry:

ID Proof Original & Photocopy, Updated CV(Photocopy), Passport Size Photograph, All Education Documents, All Experience Documents and Xerox copy of EPFO.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10th + 12th + Graduation) is mandatory
• Candidates with degrees from Open Universities or correspondence courses are not eligible
• Maximum 2 years gap allowed in education or employment
• Must be willing to work in US shift timings
• Relieving letters from all previous employers are required
• Candidates with any cash-in-hand (unofficial)
