Job Skill: Chargeback Specialist

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: Graduate

Required skills:

-Excellent communication skills

-Experience Should be into Cards dispute management operations.

-Chargebacks and preferably Merchant Disputes.

-Fraud/ Non-fraud Dispute Management (Credit/ Debit cards/Visa/Mastercard).

-Relevant work experience in International BPS Operations.

-Should be comfortable with Night shift (US time zone).

-Well versed in MS Excel and power-point.

-0 - 30 days of Notice Period Only

Eligibility:

-Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education(10 + 2 + 3)

-Non-Technical Graduation in any stream(Finance/ Accounts stream are more

preferrable)

Candidates to Bring:

- Updated CV hardcopy

- Photocopy of Aadhaar and EPFO service history

- All education/employment documents

- 1 Passport size photograph

Interview Process Norms:

- Two/four-wheelers can be parked in the designated parking area.

- Candidates must wait in the lounge.
