TBM Manager with hands-on expertise in Slurry Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) operations. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed 2 Tunnel projects with TBM and have at experience in at least one slurry TBM project. The ideal candidate possess strong knowledge of TBM hydraulics, Slurry Treatment Plant (STP) systems, and preventive and corrective maintenance of TBM components and cutterhead in hyperbaric mode as well.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and manage slurry TBM operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
2. Monitor and maintain hydraulic systems
3. Operate and oversee Slurry Treatment Plant (STP)
4. Conduct routine and emergency maintenance of TBM mechanical systems.
5. Troubleshoot issues related to hydraulics, slurry circulation, and mechanical components.
6. Coordinate with electrical, PLC, and tunneling teams to ensure smooth TBM operation.
7. Maintain logs and reports for equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
8. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and project specifications.
