About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Taxi Operations Executive to manage end-to-end cab booking operations for corporate clients. The role involves vendor coordination, rate negotiation, booking execution, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end taxi bookings for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness based on client requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and fleet partners to secure competitive rates and ensure service availability
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network, including rate cards, service quality, and availability tracking
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective pricing and favourable commercial terms
- Maintain and update a database of cabs, vendors, pricing, and service policies
- Communicate with clients to address booking queries, pricing details, and scheduling requirements
- Ensure smooth execution of bookings and resolve operational issues or escalations promptly
- Coordinate with the finance team for payment tracking and basic billing support
- Enter and manage booking details in internal systems and maintain accurate records
- Explain applicable charges, taxes, and policies to clients clearly
- Provide support for travel-related queries and last-minute changes
- Work closely with the Tours and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and operational tracking
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in taxi booking or travel operations
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field
- Experience in handling corporate clients and high-volume bookings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Basic understanding of billing and coordination processes
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in fleet management or corporate mobility services is a plus
- Strong vendor network in local and outstation travel segments
