Job Description

Job Title: Tax Manager – PCS (Private Client Services) 26897

Location: ahamedabad gujrat

Experience: 7 – 12 Years

Salary: INR 33,00,000 – 35,00,000

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days per week from office (Monday & Friday mandatory)

Work Timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (May vary based on business needs or during peak season)

Interview Mode: In-Person

Travel Time to Office: Must be within 1 hour commute

Role Overview

Seeking a Tax Manager with deep expertise in U.S. federal taxation, specifically within the Private Client Services (PCS) domain. This role involves overseeing compliance and advisory services for small to mid-sized U.S. businesses, including Partnership and Corporate tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120S, 1120).

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in U.S. tax laws, excellent leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of tax compliance and advisory services for PCS clients including Partnerships (1065), S-Corporations (1120S), and Corporations (1120)
  • Review and manage U.S. Federal Tax Returns and supporting workpapers
  • Handle compliance for:
    • Form 1065, 1120S, 1120
    • Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3
    • State and Local Tax
    • International filings
    • Other forms as needed
  • Guide clients through tax planning, projections, and technical consultations
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
  • Lead and mentor a team of Staff and Seniors
  • Drive training sessions on technical tax topics
  • Collaborate with global counterparts using cloud-based tools and platforms
Must-Have Qualifications

  • CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent (EA) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with PCS clients and filing federal returns such as 1065, 1120, or 1040
  • Prior experience in reviewing and preparing tax returns
  • Deep understanding of U.S. Federal Tax Laws (not just state compliance)
  • Experience serving small and medium-sized businesses

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field
  • Prior experience working in U.S. CPA firms or Big 4 environments
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills
