  • s.Define and implement internal processes, review mechanisms, and KPIs for the tax preparation function, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvemen
  • t.Manage work allocation, timelines, productivity, delivery quality, and process adherenc
  • e.Provide technical guidance, escalation support, and performance accountability on complex tax and compliance matter
  • s.Mentor and coach team members, conduct structured and on-the-job training, identify skill gaps, and drive continuous capability development and knowledge sharin
  • g.Identify opportunities to improve internal tax preparation systems, processes, and software, providing actionable recommendation
  • s.Build a culture of ownership, accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvemen
  • t.Establish and strengthen SOPs, compliance controls, workflow governance, and ensure adherence to firm policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements; support internal and external audits as neede

  • ills7+ years of experience in U.S. taxation and compliance, including managing a team of 1020 tax professionals, ensuring compliance accuracy and productivity, and the ability to define and implement processes, KPIs, and review mechani
  • sms.Strong knowledge of US federal and multi-state tax laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and filing processes, including deadli
  • nes.Strong knowledge of US tax return preparation (individual and/or business returns) with the ability to review complex returns and identify technical iss
  • ues.Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, or managerial responsibil
  • ity.Experience in CPA firms or tax outsourcing prefer
