Tax Manager - Corporate Tax (Form 1120) | Cherry Bekaert

Cherry Bekaert is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead U.S. corporate tax compliance and review engagements. The role involves reviewing Form 1120 corporate tax returns, managing client deliverables, mentoring team members, and collaborating with U.S. stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of U.S. Corporate Tax experience
• Strong expertise in Form 1120, consolidated returns, and ASC 740
• Experience reviewing complex tax engagements and leading teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• CA, CPA, EA, or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities:

• Review of corporate tax returns and workpapers
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• Research tax issues and provide practical solutions
• Mentor and develop tax professionals
• Drive quality, efficiency, and process improvements

Location: Hyderabad, India (WFO)
