Job Title: US Tax Manager(1065, 1120)

Job Summary:

The US Tax Associate is responsible for preparing and assisting in the review of federal and state tax returns, with a primary focus on 1065 (Partnership) and 1120 (Corporate) filings. This role involves working closely with senior staff to ensure accurate tax compliance, maintaining documentation, and staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Chartered Accountant [CA], Cost Management Accountant [CMA], US CMA, EA or CPA preferred.

Experience:

• 7-12 years of experience in preparing 1065, 1120s and 1120c simple to complex returns.
• Experience with major tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax).
• Familiarity with preparing partner/shareholder basis and multi-state tax apportionment.
