Seeking an experienced US Tax Manager to oversee tax planning, compliance, and review for individual and business clients. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in federal and multi-state taxation, experience reviewing complex returns, and the ability to manage client relationships with confidence.

Location: Coimbatore Work from Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review U.S. federal and state and Local tax (SALT) returns (Individuals, Partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps).
- Prepare and review key IRS forms including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 940/941, 1099s, and related state forms.
- Lead and support tax staff, ensuring high-quality work and timely delivery.
- Research complex tax issues and provide clear guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with current IRS regulations and firm procedures.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of US tax preparation and review experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax laws.
- Experience with tax software like Lacerte.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
