Tax litigation

Qualifications and Work Experience:

·        Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with LLB.

·        10–15 years of experience in tax litigation, preferably within the real estate sector or organizations handling relevant portfolios.

·        Proven experience in representing matters before tax authorities and appellate forums.

·Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for managing direct and indirect tax litigation matters, representing the organization before tax authorities and appellate forums, and providing strategic advisory support on tax disputes. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on litigation experience, and the ability to independently handle complex tax matters while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
