Position Responsibilities
- Support the Global Tax Team in managing tax compliances for the USA and India regions.
- Handle various Withholding Tax and Indirect Tax compliances across assigned regions and additional jurisdictions as required.
- Prepare and manage the tax team budget, including creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) in the system.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments to maintain smooth functioning of tax operations.
- Provide ongoing support to the tax team for return filings, tax audits, assessments, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing data, reconciliations, and reports required for compliance and internal reviews.
- Undertake additional tasks related to global tax compliance and reporting as needed
Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance with 34 years of relevant work experience in accounting or taxation functions.
- Experience working with global tax compliance processes (USA and India exposure preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Willingness to work in UK time shift (non-negotiable) and flexible to adjust to other shifts as required.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively to team objectives & ability to clearly articulate problem statements and propose solutions.
