Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a strategic Tax Compliance Associate to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist with critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of specialized reports, presentations, and process documentation.
• Ensure strict organizational compliance with internal policies and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Prepare highly accurate financial reports, statements, and complex reconciliations.
• Identify and implement strategic opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency in industry-standard accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to financial accuracy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
