Job Summary

In this position, your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international assignments. This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws.

Job Description

Accurately prepare and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines.

  • Attentive participation in training modules for the same.
  • Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to Senior Associate / Manager.
  • Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance international tax knowledge.
  • Attention to detail, deadline oriented and able to manage time.
  • Respects and maintains confidentiality of client, staff, and firm information.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preparation of US Individual Tax Returns and be ready to prepare complex US individual tax returns (multi-state, trusts, international disclosures).
  • Be ready to work with detailed investment portfolios, K-1s, and brokerage statements. and support research on specialized tax issues for high net worth individuals.

Experience

  • 12 - 24 months of experience (US Tax experience is not mandatory)
  • Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance & Taxation
  • Good Communication & Analytical skills
