Tax Assistant- UK Corporate Tax

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing numbers and disclosures for audited financial statements, including analyzing general ledgers for tax-sensitive items.
• Review direct tax returns prepared by service providers for the management companies in the Group, liaising with internal teams to collate required information.
• Maintain a compliance calendar to ensure timely tax filings and manage tax payments for various jurisdictions.
• Support reporting requirements under CBCR (Country-by-Country Reporting) and Pillar Two regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tax documentation and management systems.
• Assist in managing the tax compliance budget, accruals, and engagements.
• Interact with internal departments including Finance, Legal, and HR for tax-related matters.
