Job Description

Ensure timely and accurate filing of indirect tax returns, including GST and VAT.
Review tax data and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Provide advisory support on indirect tax matters to internal teams.
Reconcile tax accounts and prepare necessary reports for audits and internal reviews.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their potential impact on the business.
Coordinate with external consultants and authorities for tax-related queries or audits.
Support the implementation of tax-efficient processes and systems within the organization.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for tax assessments and appeals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Analyst - Indirect Tax should have:

CA/LLB.
Practical knowledge of indirect tax regulations, including GST and VAT.
Experience in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in tax software and tools.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to stay updated on tax laws and incorporate changes effectively.
