About The Role
In this role, you will support accounting, taxation, and financial compliance activities while helping ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory adherence. You will work across multiple aspects of finance operations, partnering with business and accounting teams to support month-end close activities, statutory reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Success in this role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic business environment.

About The Role
In this role, you will support accounting, taxation, and financial compliance activities while helping ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory adherence. You will work across multiple aspects of finance operations, partnering with business and accounting teams to support month-end close activities, statutory reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Success in this role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage Indian taxation and compliance activities, including TDS, GST returns, GST refunds, annual returns, advance tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Support statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and GST audits by preparing documentation and reconciliations.
- Prepare statutory compliance reports and ensure accurate reconciliation of challans, payments, and supporting records.
- Maintain documentation related to RBI and FEMA regulations, including Softex, STPI, and non-STPI requirements, as well as inward and outward remittances.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare expense reporting at the cost center level.
- Support revenue and expense accounting activities within the ERP system and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
- Prepare management accounts, MIS reports, financial statements, notes to accounts, and ad hoc financial analyses while ensuring financial controls and procedures are maintained.
- Postgraduate qualification, Chartered Accountant (CA), Semi-Qualified CA, or equivalent finance/accounting background.
- 4-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
- Working knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Experience supporting financial close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
