A Big-4-style professional-services firm is building its India tax centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will work on direct and indirect tax for a respected global practice. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Tax Accountant, you will prepare filings, compute liabilities, and keep the organisation compliant across direct and indirect tax.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Filing

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income-tax returns on time
• Compute tax liabilities, provisions, and advance tax
• Maintain tax records, registers, and reconciliations

Advisory & Audit

• Support tax assessments, notices, and audit responses
• Track regulatory changes and assess their impact
• Partner with accounting on tax provisioning and reporting

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in tax accounting or tax compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of Indian direct and indirect tax
• Comfort with tax software, ERPs, and detailed reconciliations
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CA Inter with a tax focus
• Exposure to international tax or transfer pricing
• Experience in a professional-services or consulting environment
