Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled TAVS Tech Cyber Security Engineer with over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, and enterprise system protection. The role requires strong expertise in Go, C#, and HashiCorp Vaulting along with proven experience in securing Tier-1 enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, vaulting solutions, and secure software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage robust cybersecurity solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
- Develop secure applications and services using Go and C#.
- Implement and manage HashiCorp Vaulting (or equivalent) for secure secret management and access control.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing for critical applications.
- Ensure security of Tier-1 critical applications with high availability and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce cybersecurity best practices and governance.
- Automate security controls and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and maintain a secure enterprise ecosystem.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity and enterprise software development.
- Strong programming expertise in Go (Golang) and C#.
- In-depth knowledge of HashiCorp Vaulting or similar vaulting technologies.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments and managing Tier-1 critical applications.
- Solid understanding of application security, encryption, access control, and secure authentication.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation in secure environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability to resolve complex cybersecurity and scalability challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
