Tandem Developer

• Strong experience in Tandem application programming with hands-on expertise in COBOL and SCOBOL.

• Work with NonStop SQL (SQL/MP, SQL/MX), Enscribe, Pathway, and related Tandem utilities such as FUP, SCUP, TACL, and TMF.

• Handle batch processing tools like BATCHCOM and SPOOLCOM in enterprise environments.

• Support financial transaction systems including ACH processing and related operations.

• Debug and troubleshoot applications using tools like EINSPECT and DEBUG.

• Work in Agile development environments and deliver enterprise-scale backend solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, bugs, and production support tasks.

• Good understanding of OSS, TAL, and enterprise integration concepts.

• Exposure to programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C, C++, or VB is a plus.

• Work with database systems like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or Snowflake in supporting applications.

• Ensure high performance, reliability, and stability of enterprise Tandem systems.
