Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Tandem COBOL on HP NonStop systems.
Design and implement solutions for high-volume transaction processing systems.
Work with TACL (Tandem Advanced Command Language), Pathway, Enscribe, and SQL/MP.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Support production systems, analyze logs, and resolve issues proactively.
Participate in software development lifecycle (SDLC), including documentation and testing
