Role: Tandem - Batch Operation-L3 (Required 4-8 years experience)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Design and implement batch processing solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
- Evaluate and recommend batch scheduling tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain batch job automation frameworks and workflows.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex batch job failures and errors.
- Define and enforce batch processing policies, standards, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L2 Batch Operations Specialists.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of batch processing concepts and methodologies.
- Extensive experience with batch scheduling tools and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for batch job customization and automation.
- Strong knowledge of database systems and SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Ability to analyze and optimize batch job performance and resource utilization.
Leadership skills to drive batch processing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
