Hectare is a growing company committed to delivering high-quality agricultural products and solutions to dealers and retail consumers. We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team and help us expand our reach across India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to agriculture dealers, distributors, and retail consumers to promote and sell our products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product information clearly and convincingly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong follow-through with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain and update daily call logs and sales records.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for effective lead conversion.
- Collect feedback from customers and report market trends or competitor activity to the management.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th pass) is sufficient.
- Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling or BPO.
- Candidates with agriculture background or knowledge of agri-products will be given preference.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication skills are a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge for updating call records.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with agriculture products or rural consumer behavior.
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
