We are looking for a motivated Tamil Tele Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, promoting our products, and driving sales. This role requires strong communication skills in Tamil and a customer-oriented approach to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound tele sales calls to potential customers in Tamil language.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions through effective communication.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Tamil (spoken and written) is essential.
• 1-4 years of experience in tele sales or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
