Role & Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, you will:

- Review and moderate online content according to company guidelines.

- Ensure content complies with platform policies and standards.

- Identify and flag inappropriate, sensitive, or policy-violating content.

- Make accurate decisions while reviewing user-generated content.

- Maintain quality and productivity targets.

- Handle Tamil-language content with strong attention to detail.

- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.

- Maintain confidentiality and follow all process guidelines.
