Job Description

We are looking for fluent Tamil speaking Customer Support Professionals for handling both Inbound and Outbound calls. The candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Handle Inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Make Outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, and service reminders.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved cases to the senior team.
  • Maintain call and customer records in CRM systems.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric communication.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow call scripts, company policies, and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • At least 6 months of prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Service.
  • Fluency in Tamil(reading, writing, speaking).
  • Good command of Hindi and/or English preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle customer pressure and complaints positively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
