We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide students and parents in choosing the right JEE/NEET preparation programs. In this role, you will understand student needs, provide personalized counseling, and drive enrollments while building long-term trust.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling & Guidance
- Connect with students and parents via calls, chats, or video sessions
- Understand academic background, strengths, and career goals
- Explain JEE/NEET courses, study plans, features, and pricing
- Recommend suitable learning paths based on individual needs
2. Sales & Enrollment
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Support the admission process including documentation
- Follow up with leads and maintain engagement
3. Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with JEE/NEET syllabus and exam patterns
- Understand product offerings, features, and updates
4. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Provide post-enrollment support
- Handle objections with empathy and professionalism
5. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with sales, marketing, and academic teams
- Maintain records in CRM systems
- Track and report counseling and sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or EdTech
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Good persuasion and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work on-site (6 days/week)
