Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tally Trainer located in Bengaluru East. The Tally Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on Tally and related topics, developing instructional materials, and assessing learners progress. The trainer will also provide support to students, address queries, and stay updated on the latest Tally features and industry practices to ensure the curriculum is current. Active participation in faculty enhancement and collaboration with team members is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally software and accounting principles
• Strong skills in training delivery, curriculum development, and instructional design
• Effective communication, public speaking, and presentation abilities
• Experience in financial management, record-keeping, and data analysis
• Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field; certifications in Tally are a plus
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred
