Job Title: Tally Trainer (Tally Prime)
Job Type: Part-time
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tally Trainer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on accounting experience to conduct practical training sessions in Marathi using the latest version Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex accounting concepts in a clear and relatable manner, making learning easy for regional language learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on Tally Prime in Marathi.
- Cover essential modules including:
- Company creation and setup
- Ledger and group creation
- Day-to-day voucher entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, etc.)
- GST setup and transactions
- Inventory management
- Payroll basics
- Bank reconciliation
- TDS/TCS and statutory features
- Generation of MIS and financial reports
- Create and deliver Marathi-based training content, exercises, and assignments.
- Assist learners in applying accounting concepts through real-life scenarios.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with new features and changes in Tally Prime.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and accounting principles.
- Ability to conduct sessions fluently in Marathi.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience as a trainer/instructor is an advantage.
- Educational background in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
- Comfortable using basic tools like Zoom or Google Meet for online sessions.
- Tally Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
