Tally Prime Trainer (Marathi)

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Tally Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer applications and accounting software (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime), with the ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a clear and relatable manner, making learning easy for learners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver practical training on Tally (Tally Prime) with GST, including accounting fundamentals and use of AI in Tally specifically in Marathi.
2. Train participants on GST concepts such as registration, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), invoicing, compliance, and reconciliation.
3. Conduct hands-on sessions on bookkeeping, ledger creation, vouchers, taxation, payroll basics, and reports in Tally.
4. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
5. Evaluate student's performance through tests, practical assignments, and continuous assessments.
6. Maintain training records, attendance, progress reports, and feedback.
7. Support students with doubt-clearing sessions and practical case studies.
8. Align training delivery with industry standards and course curriculum.
9. Coordinate with the team for schedules.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline. Tally certification (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime) is an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching/training experience Tally.

• Good communication skills in Marathi, English, Hindi.

• Passion for teaching and working with youth from underprivileged backgrounds.

• Ability to create a motivating and inclusive environment.
